Yes. Equine sessions are fully mobile across Melbourne, the Yarra Valley, Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas.

Every session is tailored to the individual. Treatments may include assessment, targeted bodywork, relaxation-focused techniques, stretching, movement support and ongoing care recommendations depending on the session type.

I don’t believe in just quickly treating a sore spot and sending you on your way.
My approach focuses on understanding why the body is compensating, holding tension or struggling in the first place — looking at the body as a whole rather than chasing symptoms alone.
A huge part of my work is the connection side of things. Horses can’t verbally tell us what they’re feeling, so learning to truly observe, feel and understand the body became the foundation of the way I work. That same approach now flows into both my Equine Myotherapy and Human Bodywork sessions.
I also strongly believe the horse and rider influence each other more than people realise. Tension, stress, posture and nervous system dysregulation within the rider can directly affect the horse, which is why I take a more whole-body and long-term approach to care.
This work isn’t just about massage to me. It’s about helping both horses and humans feel supported, understood and able to move more freely again through consistent, intentional care.

Working with me is calm, supportive and tailored to the individual. No two horses or humans are treated the exact same, because every body responds differently and carries tension differently.
I take a whole-body approach, focusing not only on where soreness or restriction is showing up, but why it may be happening in the first place. Sessions are intentional, hands-on and designed to create a space where the body can let go, reset and respond.
I also place a big focus on education and ongoing support, helping owners and clients better understand their body, movement patterns and long-term care rather than relying on quick temporary fixes.
